Hosting Tier 1 is the foundation layer that keeps your Simple site live, secure, and reachable.

• Platform‑level uptime and performance management
• Access to basic analytics via the platform (page views, basic traffic overview)

Support:

• Clear lane for support requests (Host Support form or email)
• Light checks and minor fixes within defined boundaries (e.g., small text changes, fixing a broken link)

Renewal:

• This product covers  one year  of Tier 1 hosting and care from launch (or as agreed in your timeline).
• Before the year ends, Osaze will reach out with renewal information so you can:

• consider moving to Tier 2,
• or plan any changes you need.
