Guide
Getting Satarted
The Dashboard Guide is your first stop before you ever need to reach out to us. We’ve put together step‑by‑step resources that show you how to make common edits to your site—like updating text, swapping images, posting news, or adjusting basic settings—so you can handle quick changes on your own with confidence. Alongside that, we walk you through your analytics dashboard in plain language, explaining what the key numbers mean and how to use them to decide what to update next. If you run into something that isn’t covered in the guides or you’d rather have us handle it, you can always submit a request through the Host Support Form and we’ll take it from there.
Step 2
Receive an email with the link to access your site before publishing
Step 3
Create a password and log into your sites dashboard

Edit
We encourage you to discuss your desired website editing permissions with our team, as different hosting tier packages offer varying access to the editing console. With our base hosting tier, you can easily log in and update core information, while those on complete packages will find even more powerful editing tools and training at their fingertips.

Analytics Coming Soon
An in‑depth Analytics Guide is coming soon. We’re building a simple, Osaze‑style walkthrough that explains what your dashboard is showing you, which numbers actually matter, and how to use that information to decide what to update next on your site. Once it’s live, you’ll be able to follow step‑by‑step examples, see screenshots, and learn how we read the data when we make recommendations—so you can feel more confident using your analytics between check‑ins with our team.
