Website scope – Complete Osaze Web Design

Designed for:

• Community organizations, nonprofits, coalitions, and small businesses with multiple services, programs, or content areas.
• Leaders who need a site that can serve more than one audience (clients, partners, funders, volunteers, etc.).

Typical structure (example layout; final structure tailored to you):

• Home
• About / Story / Leadership
• Programs / Services (often multiple pages or sections)

• Events or Initiatives (if applicable)
• Contact / Forms / Intake
• Additional pages as needed (e.g., Partners, Impact, Careers), within agreed scope

Includes:

• Site architecture / page mapping based on your intake and consultation
• Custom layout design using the Osaze platform (no generic “out of the box” theme drop‑in)
• Integration of your existing brand (logo, colors, type) or a basic styling system if you don’t have a full brand kit yet
• Basic on‑page SEO structure (titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text guidance)
• Mobile‑responsive design across the site
• Domain connection and launch support (help connecting your domain registrar to the new site)

Content:

• Osaze will place and format content you provide (copy, photos, documents) within the scoped pages.
• Light copy editing and structure tweaks are included.
• Larger copywriting or content creation projects can be scoped separately if needed.

Hosting Tier 2 – Guided Hosting and Analytics (One Year)

Hosting Tier 2 includes everything in Tier 1 plus guided support and insights.

Core coverage:

• Hosting on the Osaze platform for one year
• Security, SSL, and core platform updates
• Uptime and performance monitoring at the platform level
• Baseline analytics view (through the platform or an integrated tool)

Guided support:

• Monthly change time  (batched updates within clear boundaries) — for example:
• updating text and images,
• adding or removing simple sections,
• posting news or resources you send.
• (Exact time/limit per month will follow your Hosting Tier 2 terms.)
• Quarterly analytics check‑ins:
• Simple snapshot of what content is being seen,
• Basic trends (traffic, popular pages),
• Recommendations in plain language (“What we see, what you might adjust next.”)
• Priority support:
• Faster response within your defined support hours/channels.
• Clear lane for requests vs new projects.

Renewal:

• This product covers  one year  of Tier 2 hosting and care from the date of launch (or as agreed).
• Renewal options and pricing will be communicated before the year ends, so you can decide whether to renew Tier 2, adjust to another tier, or plan future changes.

Start the process from the product page

• Click the call to action (“Start your Complete Web Design consultation” or similar).
• You will be directed to a  free consultation intake form  (Tally) to share your organization details, current site (if any), goals, and any deadlines.

Fill out the consultation form

• Provide:
• your current web presence (links, domains),
• main audiences and goals,
• what pages/sections you know you need,
• any must‑have features or integrations.
• This form is free and does not lock you into payment yet.

Review and conversation

• Osaze reviews your intake.
• You may receive:
• a short email with follow‑up questions, and/or
• an invitation for a brief call to clarify scope and timing.

Agreement and downpayment

• Once scope and timeline are agreed:
• Osaze prepares a simple service agreement outlining:
• the site scope (Complete Web Design),
• Hosting Tier 2 coverage for one year,
• project phases,
• he total fee and payment schedule,
• and the non‑refundable portion of the downpayment once design work begins.
• You sign the agreement.
• Osaze issues a  downpayment invoice  to reserve your project slot and begin work.

Note: A clearly stated portion of the downpayment becomes  non‑refundable once design services begin, to cover time invested in planning, layouts, and initial build. This will be spelled out in the agreement you sign before you pay.

Design and build

• Osaze:
• confirms your content plan (what you already have vs what needs to be developed),
• creates initial structure and key page layouts,
• shares checkpoints for review and feedback,
• implements revisions within the agreed scope.

Launch

• Once you approve the site:
• Osaze connects your domain,
• runs pre‑launch checks,
• and publishes the site.
• You receive:
• basic orientation on how to request changes,
• a reminder of what Tier 2 includes,
• links to any guides or support forms.

First year of Hosting Tier 2

• Osaze provides:
• the defined monthly change time (batched updates you request),
• quarterly analytics snapshots and suggestions,
• priority response within agreed channels.
• Near the end of the year, Osaze will reach out about renewal options.

Best for:

• Organizations that:
• know they need more than a basic brochure site,
• want a single studio to handle both design and ongoing care,
• prefer clear points of contact and structured support instead of piecing it together themselves.

What is not included (and can be scoped separately):

• Complex web apps or custom development outside the Osaze platform’s normal capabilities
• Deep custom integrations with third‑party systems not already supported by the platform
• Large‑scale content writing from scratch (full copywriting for every page)
• Ongoing social media management, branding projects, or campaigns (these can be paired as separate Marketing Solutions)

• A primary contact on your side who can review and approve content and design
• Access to your domain registrar (or whoever holds your domain)
• Any existing logo/brand files and photos you want to use
• Basic clarity on your key audiences and what you want the site to do
