  • HOW TO USE

    1. Purchase the Complete Brand Kit

    • You buy the product in the Osaze Shop at full price.
    • This confirms your commitment to have Osaze develop your brand kit.

    2. Receive your confirmation and intake link

    • You get a confirmation email from Osaze with:
    • a link to the  Brand Kit intake form, and
    • a short outline of the process and timeline, including the non‑refundable portion of your payment.

    3. Complete the Brand Kit intake

    • You fill out the form with:
    • what your organization does and who you serve,
    • any existing visuals (old logo, colors, examples you like),
    • where you show up most (web, social, print, events),
    • what you want people to feel when they see your brand.

    This is what we use to design your direction; the more honest and specific you are, the better the result.

    4. Osaze starts concept work

    • After we receive your intake, we begin design exploration:
    • mood and direction,
    • initial logo and palette concepts.

    At this point, a clearly stated portion of your payment becomes  non‑refundable, because design work has begun. You will see that percentage and trigger point in the confirmation/process email sent after purchase.

    5. Review and refine

    • We send you initial concepts for review.
    • You provide feedback.
    • We refine within the agreed number of revision rounds until we reach a final direction for:
    • logo suite,
    • colors,
    • type.

    6. Finalize and deliver

    • Once approved, we:
    • produce your full logo suite in all needed formats,
    • finalize your color specs and type recommendations,
    • build your mini brand guide PDF,
    • create the agreed practical applications (social graphics, flyer/slide layout).
    • You receive:
    • a structured file package (clearly labeled folders for logos, colors, type notes, applications),
    • the brand guide PDF,
    • any template links/files.

  • DETAILS

    • Ongoing design support beyond the initial kit (that can be added later as separate work)

    Refund/non‑refundable portion

    • Because this is a creative service sold through the Shop, part of your payment covers Osaze’s time and cannot be returned once we start design work.
    • The exact non‑refundable percentage and when it takes effect (for example, upon delivery of first concepts or after a set number of days from intake received) will be stated clearly in your confirmation email and process outline.
