What this contest is about

The Osaze Fall 2026 Design Contest is the first in a new seasonal series where we open up the Osaze brand to the people who move with it. Each season will revolve around one idea: typographic integrations of the word “osaze”. Fall 2026 is where it starts.

This is not a logo redesign or a flat graphic prompt. It’s a challenge to build a fall‑themed scene and weave the word “osaze” into it so that it feels like part of the world you’ve created.

For Fall 2026, your brief is simple:

Create a fall themed visual and hide or highlight “osaze” inside it so it feels like part of the environment, not just text dropped on top.

You can choose any kind of fall scene you like:

• quiet streets and changing leaves
• busy sidewalks and coffee shop windows
• school, home, or community spaces
• urban or rural, daytime or night

The key is that “osaze” lives inside that world:

• formed by branches or shadows
• hidden in patterns, lights, or objects
• clearly visible but still integrated, like lettering on a sign or steam above a mug

You decide how subtle or obvious it is. The test is whether people enjoy the moment they notice it.

Contest theme: typographic integration

“Typographic integration” just means you’re treating text like it belongs in the scene.

Instead of writing “osaze” across the top of the image, think about:

• what in your world could naturally create those shapes,
• where that word might naturally appear,
• and how you can use color, light, scale, and angle to make it fit.

Some directions you might explore:

• Hidden integration
• letters made of branches, vines, or leaf piles
• reflections in windows or puddles
• “osaze” only fully reveals itself after a second or third look
• Visible but grounded
• “osaze” as lettering on a storefront, poster, or sign
• chalk on a sidewalk or marker on a wall that makes sense in context
• skywriting or clouds that still feel like they belong to the scene



The point is to let typography and environment work together.

Key dates for Fall 2026

The timeline for this first contest is:

• September 22, 2026 – Submissions open
• October 9, 2026 – Community voting window opens
• October 23, 2026 – Voting and submissions close
• October 25, 2026 – Winners announced

How the contest will be judged

There will be three ways your work can be recognized:



Popular Vote / Fan Favorite
This is the community’s choice. Once voting opens, people will be able to view all eligible entries and vote for their favorite.

Best Camouflage
This category focuses on the “hide it in plain sight” part. The winner here is the design that integrates “osaze” in the most clever, seamless way—it feels like part of the environment until you notice it, and then you can’t unsee it.

Osaze Choice
This is the internal studio pick. We’ll select a piece that, in our view, best captures the spirit of the brief and the way we want Osaze to live inside a season, regardless of where it landed in voting.

Exact voting mechanics and prize details will be broken down in separate posts, but these three categories are the foundation.

Who this is for

This contest is open to:

• designers and illustrators
• photographers and collage artists
• creatives who mainly work in motion but want to explore stills
• and community members who want to try the prompt even if they don’t call themselves designers yet

You do not have to be a professional. You do need to be willing to:

• commit to the brief,
• follow basic content guidelines (no hateful or NSFW work),
• and let Osaze share your submission on the contest page and social channels if it’s selected.
  

What happens after you submit

Once submissions open:

1. You’ll upload your work through the contest form (with a few basic details about you and the piece).
2. After the submission window closes, entries that meet the guidelines will be added to the viewing gallery.
3. When community voting opens, you’ll receive a link you can share so people can see and vote for your work.
4. On October 25, 2026, we’ll announce the Popular Vote, Best Camouflage, and Osaze Choice.
